How long will it take for my order to ship?

TAT is almost always 14/21BD. However sometimes it is sooner/longer, so please refer to the information section on each product for exact TAT. 

What happens if I need to change my address?

Due to all items being preordered as long as I am notified before printing labels I would be more than happy to change it. 

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package appears to be lost, you will need to contact the carrier. The only information we have about your package is the tracking number that will also be provided to you through email. 

Refund Policy.

Due to these being preorders there will be no refunds accepted, in the event that an item you ordered is no longer in stock or I were to make a sizing error then I will gladly refund you or .replace it with something that is in stock.  All items are checked over before being sent out- if an item arrives damaged/etc then a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
